Thank you for shopping with TK Ave! As a small, family-owned business specializing in officially licensed merchandise, collectibles, and fandom accessories, we take great care in selecting, inspecting, and packaging your orders.

Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

TK Ave does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or no longer wanting an item

• Ordering the wrong product, size, or style

• Personal preferences regarding colors, materials, or appearance

• Minor manufacturing variations or cosmetic imperfections

• Duplicate purchases or unwanted gifts

• Finding an item at a lower price elsewhere

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, photos, measurements, and other details before completing their purchase.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Although all sales are final, we understand that certain situations may require additional consideration.

TK Ave may, at its sole discretion, approve a return, exchange, refund, or other resolution on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.

Approval of an exception for one order does not guarantee approval for future purchases.

Customers must contact TK Ave and receive authorization before sending merchandise back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and are not guaranteed to receive a refund or exchange.

Approved Returns & Return Shipping Labels

If TK Ave approves a return, our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Depending on the circumstances, return shipping may be:

• Covered by TK Ave at no additional cost to the customer

• Paid by the customer

• Deducted from an approved refund, with the customer's agreement

Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated before the return is processed.

Once TK Ave issues a return shipping label, the customer has 10 business days to ship the package back to us.

The package must be accepted by the shipping carrier within those 10 business days.

If the package is not shipped within this timeframe, the return authorization may expire, and the provided return label may become invalid.

An expired return authorization does not guarantee eligibility for a replacement label or an extension.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Return Conditions

If an exception is approved, returned merchandise may be required to meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition unless the return was approved due to damage or a defect.

• All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included when applicable.

• The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

• The customer must follow the return instructions provided by TK Ave.

Returned merchandise will be reviewed upon arrival before any approved refund or exchange is finalized.

Collectibles, Blind Boxes & Limited-Edition Merchandise

Many of our products are collectibles, limited releases, or items with packaging that contributes to their value.

Please note:

• Opened blind boxes, mystery items, and surprise collectibles are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to receiving an unwanted character or design.

• Purchasing multiple blind boxes does not guarantee different characters or completion of a collection.

• Chase figures, rare variants, or special editions are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product listing.

• Minor cosmetic variations in collectible packaging or products do not automatically qualify for a return or refund.

If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us so we can review your concerns.

Manufacturing Variations & Minor Imperfections

Many of the items we carry are mass-produced and may have slight variations in appearance or construction.

These may include:

• Minor stitching inconsistencies

• Small dips, indentations, or surface variations

• Slight differences in paint application

• Small spots or cosmetic marks

• Minor variations in embroidery, printing, or appliqué placement

• Slight variations in collectible packaging

These characteristics do not automatically indicate that an item is defective.

Minor cosmetic variations that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances are generally not eligible for a return or refund.

However, if you believe an item has a significant defect, please contact us with photos so our team can review the issue.

All-Over Print (AOP) Merchandise

All-over print (AOP) products may feature unique pattern placement due to the manufacturing and cutting process.

The placement of characters, artwork, logos, or other design elements may differ from the product photos shown on our website.

These variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

TK Ave does not accept returns or exchanges based solely on individual print or pattern placement.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

We carefully package orders, but we understand that mistakes or shipping damage can occasionally happen.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or potentially defective item, please contact us at info@tkave.com as soon as possible.

To help us review your concern, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the merchandise

• Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

Please retain the original packaging until your concern has been reviewed.

Our team will evaluate the circumstances and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, return authorization, or another solution.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order ships, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please review your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier.

Shipping concerns are reviewed individually, and any available resolution will depend on the circumstances of the shipment.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it for fulfillment.

Orders that are approved for cancellation after payment has been processed are subject to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee.

The fee is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal of the canceled items.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation is approved, any remaining refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

The cancellation fee does not apply when TK Ave cancels an order because we cannot fulfill it, or when a full refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

If TK Ave approves a refund, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

For approved returns, refunds may be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges and applicable return shipping costs may be nonrefundable, depending on the reason for the return and applicable law.

Processing times may vary by financial institution.
