Meet Tayler & Kevin
We're the husband-and-wife duo behind TK Ave, two Disney-loving collectors who turned a shared passion for fandom into a small business!
What started as a love for collecting and finding unique merchandise from our favorite movies, characters, and fandoms eventually grew into something much bigger than we ever imagined.
So, Where Did the Name TK Ave Come From?
Funny enough, the name has a pretty simple story!
The T comes from Tayler, and the K comes from Kevin. When we designed our original logo, it had a stop-sign-inspired look, so we thought, why not add an Avenue?
And just like that, TK Ave was born!
The name stuck, we fell in love with it, and we couldn't imagine calling our little business anything else.
From Pop-Ups to Our Own Storefront
Before we had a permanent home, we started selling our favorite fandom merchandise at local pop-up events in Idyllwild, California.
In 2021, we took a leap of faith, signed the lease on our very own storefront, and turned our dream into a reality.
What started as two collectors sharing things they loved became a place where fellow fans could discover something special, whether that's a new Loungefly backpack, a Funko Pop! for their collection, or a gift inspired by their favorite character.
We've always said we're collectors first and business owners second, and that hasn't changed.
We know the excitement of finding that one item you've been searching for, and we love getting to share that feeling with our customers.
A Little More About Us
If there's one thing you should know about us, it's that we're pretty much attached at the hip!
We work together, run our business together, and when we're not working, there's a good chance we're planning our next adventure together.
Traveling is another huge passion of ours. We love exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, trying new foods, and making memories along the way.
And yes, we somehow always manage to find a little Disney magic wherever we go!
